She was always a bit of an odd child...much like her parents. That is just toooooo weird. I think she might start training for FEAR FACTOR.

Oh honestly, Wendy. She wouldn't eat it! And what do you mean "odd...like her parents"! Surely you meant "like her father."

So this is what happens when you let your husband blog but he doesn't read the instruction manual. He posted the photo without any text.

Yes, Liesl, it is a cockroach but not the kind that lives in your house, eating your food and contaminating everything (I almost left Hong Kong because of that kind). It is a black cockroach that lives outdoors and eats stuff like rotting wood. It has escaped from the terrarium a couple of times now so Brenna gave it a good talking to and set it outside.

So we are no longer housing a cockroach but we still have the other container with the spider, the fruit fly colony and the venus fly trap.

Brenna is also hoping we will move to Australia so she can have a pet tarantula.

By the way, we still have the dog. It is not that she is pet deprived.
