Not The Botanical Gardens
If you read Wendy's blog (see my links) you will have been treated to her terrific photography at the Royal Botanical Gardens. This is my response, taken from the window at the back of my house.

Flowers look good no matter where they are. Just found some cheap flights to Auckland. Looking to come visit end if Nov.

Check into the cost of carrying on to Whangarei. It might be the same cost as flying to Auckland. But no worries. I'm happy to drive down to Auckland to pick you up.
