Orange You Glad Its Not Too Harsh an Autumn
The citrus season is starting, I'm still wearing shorts every day and according to the locals we are into late autumn. The shorter days and occasional cooler nights (12 - 14 C) remind me of Canada in August. We all went kayaking today and water off our beach was still warm enough to swim. Miss B was rolling off her boat several times.

Zohguy: Glad you liked them. Thanks for dropping by and taking the time to comment!
Lindsay: Are you sticking your tongue out at us?
Rather “tongue in cheek" but have you considered learning the haka, the ancient Maori dance made famous by New Zealand rugby union teams, the All Blacks. A bit of passion and the ability to stick your tongue out without feeling stupid – are your up to the challenge ?. They tell me the haka is best learned in a group at one of the Maori centres in towns like Rotorua. How about a posting from you and Andrew performing the haka (complete with sound effects )with your tongues out, guaranteed to set tongues waging!! In the blogging community.
A couple of middle-aged white folks doing the haka is even scarier than middle-aged white belly dancers! Actually, there is a kapa haka group at our daughters' school. Brenna already prefers doing the boys' parts.
We'll aren't you lucky. It is still pretty mild here but I am in long sleeves and light jacket.
That Lindsay..he is a cheeky monkey.(one for the ozzie team).
I'm wearing long sleeves too and the grass is wet. Most children here are wearing shoes now. However, they take them off before entering the classroom so mine just can't be bothered to put them on in the first place. I figure one wrong step in dog doo-doo on the way home and the shoes will be in big demand.
It's cold enough to almost snow here in Manitoba!
Great pictures!
Ok... I was being a bit smug...we just had cold snap. Snow on the mountain (4C)for one whole day. The next day it was 16C. Crazy place Tasmania.
